Switch Education Courses are open to individuals 18 years of age and older. These online courses do not award transferrable university credits.
After students have registered online, they will receive an email acknowledging that Switch Education (SE) has received and accepted the registration. Submission of registration along with full tuition payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
SE may not accept enrollment of any student from a jurisdiction wherein the provision of services to an individual in that country is prohibited.
If you make a purchase on our site, we use the third-party payment processor Stripe. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and related courses and its service providers.

3. Refund Policy
In order to be granted a full tuition refund, students must cancel their registration within the first 48 hours by sending an email to email@example.com
Please note SE is unable to reimburse for any currency conversion or other fees charged by the credit card issuer, financial institution, or payment service and refunds will be issued to the paying party.
4. Course Content

All courses are conducted in English unless otherwise specified. We recommend that students have a conversational knowledge of both spoken and written English when pursuing a Certificate of Completion.
5. Technology and Access
To ensure students can successfully participate in a Switch Education course, they should review the technology requirements. It is the student's responsibility to obtain and maintain the proper hardware and software required to participate.
For more information regarding the technical requirements, please refer to the precourse information. In the Figma course, please visit https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039827194-Figma-browser-requirements.
When accessing the SE courses and website, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. Course Cancellation
Switch Education reserves the right to cancel courses when necessary due to unforeseeable circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In this instance, all tuition and fees paid for the course will be refunded to the paying party. Cancellation decisions are generally made one week before classes begin (with pre-order classes) and after two full business dates after the registration day (with self-paced courses), though SE reserves the right to cancel any class up to the first day. Students should allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on their statement.
7. Student Conduct
Students will be expected to follow guidelines and procedures outlined in the course information and the Terms of Service from Thinkific Inc (https://www.thinkific.com/terms-of-service/) for the learning management system, Thinkific.
